The first time I tried Guillaume's Paris Mash in his Bistro Guillaume, I'm in love and on the hunt for the recipe. Thankfully, the chef included the recipe in his cookbook titled, Guillaume: food for friends
It's a lovely, well put together cookbook and definitely worth trying all recipes. 
Last Sunday, while my mom is away, I tried out Guillaume's Paris Mash recipe to accompany our steak. 
The result is amazing. The mash is as buttery as I remembered them to be at the Bistro.
