.Crown Entertainment Complex, Melbourne.

 .onion soup.

 .steak frites with béarnaise sauce.

.profiterole with vanilla bean ice cream and chocolate sauce.

.fresh berries macaron.

This is a super quick post, sorry about the quality of the pictures. It was one of the random night for me and my friend, Michelle to have dinner after work. We wanted to go for some Japanese, everything seemed to be fully booked! Pleasantly however, we ended up here, BISTRO GUILLAUME
In summary, the food from starter to dessert are all to die for! Definitely have to try, Paris Mash (the most amazing mashed potatoes ever tried) and steak frites!
I love the ambience of the bistro, the lights were dimmed with soft French bosa-nova music playing on the background. Fantastic service, with all waiters and waitresses referring to us as, Mademoiselle. Perfection!

P.S. Monsieur Guillaume has a cookbook too, so maybe we can steal some recipes.
