Finally, Melbourne weather is turning. Spring is here! Don't worry, I will still suffer from hay-fever... at least I'll be doing it in my new polka-dots volume skirt! Still in my black and white phase, I promise I will do colors soon-ish.

I've been gearing towards a lot of simple outfits lately, been enjoying putting basic black with white. Perhaps it's the influence of color blocking trend we see this season that makes me repel colors, for now ;p.
I'm also so in love with Cat Hammill jewelry, all her charm bracelets are so bohemian inspired! I love my "peace" symbols bracelet, there's a lot of hearts and stars charm bracelet as well :) Check out her website, here
By the way, been playing around with blogger's new template, a lot cleaner I think, but what do you think?

This is a super quick post, sorry about the quality of the pictures. It was one of the random night for me and my friend, Michelle to have dinner after work. We wanted to go for some Japanese, everything seemed to be fully booked! Pleasantly however, we ended up here, BISTRO GUILLAUME
In summary, the food from starter to dessert are all to die for! Definitely have to try, Paris Mash (the most amazing mashed potatoes ever tried) and steak frites!
I love the ambience of the bistro, the lights were dimmed with soft French bosa-nova music playing on the background. Fantastic service, with all waiters and waitresses referring to us as, Mademoiselle. Perfection!

P.S. Monsieur Guillaume has a cookbook too, so maybe we can steal some recipes.

In my time working for David Jones at Bourke Street, I've familiarized myself with this little cafe/restaurant right across the lane way. But I've never actually tried their breakfast menu.
Until one morning, few weeks ago.
In all honesty, I've never tried scrambled eggs or bacon tasted more delicious! I've always loved the atmosphere of the place, it's always cosy and organic. The scrambled eggs with maple-glazed bacon on toast is highly recommended, but couldn't say the same about the eggs benedict though, according to my friend it's good average. Well not everything is perfect right...

.NEW IN: my vintage inspired wardrobe.

I've been, for a while now, been longing one of Nicole Richie's Winter Kate vintage inspired kimono. But off course, being all the way in Australia means some things can costs a lot of money. Well, I'm glad I waited cause these baby were on sale from , Little Joe Women :D
And in order to usher in summer season, I've purchased the cutest polka-dot skirt from one of my favorite boutique, gorman. This skirt, made me feel like I can make Carrie Bradshaw proud.
I'm also loving the oversized clutch trend that's been going around everywhere, so these two will take me day to night thanks to asos.com.

I've been a little bit obsessed with this song by Cobra Starship, never fail to make me want to put my dancing shoes on, YOU MAKE ME FEEL LIKE...
